Westeros - Several size options - Multiplayer Ready
Westeros! Survival friendly and multiplayer ready. From the red mountains of Dorne to the freezing wastes far beyond the wall! All custom trees have leaf decay enabled. In several size options.
Roads are full of bandits and merchants. And youll find tons of custom ruins with monster spawners or bandit camps. (All chests use vanilla loot tables.)
I've actually read the books, so was able to give you the first truly accurate map of Westeros, and I used the official map commissioned by George R. R. Martin for rough height maps and major forests. Mountain passes were properly represented for peak geopolitical gameplay and mountains made very large. The Wall is included. Map with custom trees includes the first ever Weirwood trees as well as sentinel/soldier pines, etc... all well described trees from the book series... Tree coverage outside the major forests was based on how European countrysides look from when I flew over Europe.
THIS MAP HAS NO TOWNS OR CITIES!!! ONLY ROADS, RANDOM STRUCTURES AND THE ICE WALL!!! This is a blank slate for your players to build their own and wage towny/faction wars on... or for you to play creative mode and build your own. I ONLY MAKE TERRAIN, NOT CITIES OR CASTLES!!!

Resources
All boosts to ores are a subtle but meaningful double boost compared to vanilla rates. Each mining hot spot carries diamond in addition to a unique ore to that area. The Iron islands, the Mountains of the Vale and the hills near Winterfell have boosted iron ore. The Red mountains in the far north of Dorne have Amber ores in y30-y320. The hills near Lannisport contain gold ore at all y levels. Each one has an additional boost to diamonds to make each area worth fighting for control over on a geopolitical towny/factions server.
FACT SHEET AND FAQ:
- The map is compatible with all Minecraft versions 1.21.4+
- All trees have leaf decay enabled and optional towny integration can allow mayors to instantly delete trees from claimed plots (no resource drops) and, additionally, optionally regenerate the custom trees when plot is unclaimed. DM for optional Towny integration.
- Vanilla ores are present. Additional sandstone/teracotta deposits spawn randomly on the map. Subterrain of deserts is sandstone unlike other map makers.
- Bonus gold ore spawns around Lannisport, roughly double vanilla ore rates.
- Rivers are intentionally exaggerated for width for peak geopolitical gameplay.
- Mountain passes are properly represented for peak geopolitical gameplay. Such as the Boneway, Princess pass or the Bloody gate/high road into the Vale of Arryn.
- Llamas, axolotls, pandas do not spawn on the map.
- ALL wolf variants spawn on the map, color based on biome. In either forests, taigas, snowy biomes or even deserts/savannas.
- Cats spawn in deserts/savannas and on highlands/swamps of Dorne.
- Creaking heart trees are found in frozen taigas on custom trees map version. Not found on vanilla trees version.
- Sea turtle spawns, mangroves, coral reefs can be found at the southern coasts of Dorne.
- Bees/tadpoles and frog eggs can be found in rivers/swamps.
- No strongholds/trialchambers etc etc will spawn. Use vanilla commands (/place) to spawn structures. Custom structures do spawn with monster spawners/villagers but do not spawn strongholds/trial chambers or other vanilla structures.
- Custom caves present. No lush caves are on the map.
- This map should be mod and datapack compatible as it is "unpopulated." Bedrock version is already populated.
- You should pregenerate the map with Chunky plugin before a public release if hosting this on multiplayer for Java Edition.
- No support is provided for chunky plugin, consult their website (I get at least one DM a day asking for chunky support on my Earth maps lol)
- Void generates at borders. Use Void gen plugin if you accidentally go past the 1,000 block void barrier.
Disclaimer: Support is NOT provided for setting up bedrock version. I do not have Bedrock so cannot confirm its effectiveness.
